AZTEC MORPHS LLC – LIVE ANIMAL SALES POLICY

By purchasing from Aztec Morphs LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms. These policies govern all live animal transactions, shipping procedures, guarantees, and dispute resolutions. Failure to comply with the requirements outlined below voids all guarantees.

1. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Live arrival is guaranteed only if ALL conditions below are met:
• The package is accepted on the FIRST delivery attempt.
• If shipped to a FedEx hub, the animal must be picked up within 1 hours of arrival.
• Any concerns, health issues, or DOA claims must be reported immediately.
A continuous, unedited video recording of the package being opened upon arrival is MANDATORY for any claim.
The video must:
• Begin before the box is opened.
• Clearly show the sealed outer box and shipping label.
• Show the full opening of the outer box and insulated liner.
• Show each individual container and the condition of the animals.
Videos recorded after the box has already been opened will NOT be accepted as valid evidence.
Failure to provide proper documentation automatically voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.

2. PACKAGING & CONTAINMENT
All animals are shipped in secured individual containers placed inside a sealed insulated liner within the outer shipping box.
The insulated liner serves as secondary containment. Claims involving missing animals must include documented evidence of damage to both the outer box AND insulated liner at the time of opening.
Absent clear evidence of structural damage to containment materials, claims of missing animals may be denied.

3. CARRIER DELAYS & LIABILITY LIMITATION
Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, Aztec Morphs LLC is not responsible for carrier mishandling, routing errors, delays, or unforeseen transit extensions.
Live arrival guarantees may be voided at our discretion in cases involving:
• Weather delays
• Carrier mechanical failures
• Misrouted shipments
• Customer unavailability at delivery
We do not guarantee carrier performance.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & RETURNS
In the event of a dispute:
• Animals must be returned for inspection before any refund is issued.
• Refunds will only be processed after safe arrival and verification of condition.
• Partial refunds are not guaranteed.
• Failure to return animals upon request voids refund eligibility.
Aztec Morphs LLC reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet documentation standards outlined herein.

5. WHOLESALE TRANSACTIONS
Wholesale and bulk purchases may carry modified terms.
• Wholesale sales are considered final unless Live Arrival documentation requirements are satisfied.
• Bulk orders do not qualify for partial refunds without full return of all animals included in the shipment.

6. PAYMENT PLANS & HOLDS
We offer payment plans at our discretion.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a payment plan or hold an animal.
• No animal will be held without deposit confirmation.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe results in forfeiture of deposit.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase, the buyer affirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above. These terms are enforceable and apply to all transactions conducted with Aztec Morphs LLC.
